Order and delivery terms

The order is placed on the site. You register, put your favorite goods in the basket, fill out information for the courier with the delivery address and the phone number and that's it.

• Payment can be made with a bank card on our website through online payments.
• Payment by card or cash is possible upon receipt of your order. 

Delivery is only on business days.

 

Return/Exchange

All products bought from the Estilio store or estil.io website are eligible for a refund, except for some categories (see below). You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. To receive a refund customer needs to represent the receipt as proof of purchase. Items purchased online can be returned by calling the courier via our phone number listed on the website, or by coming to the store. 

Refunds

If the refundable item corresponds to all the points mentioned above money will be refunded via the same payment method with which the purchase was processed. If the purchase was authorized online via credit card, money will be refunded on the same card, period of the refund depends on the bank of the card.

Order cancellation

The order can be canceled before its delivery. The order cannot be canceled if the delivery is on its way.
